He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Pepper and Grace Pepper; his wife Myra Tumlin Pepper; his daughters, Beth Haygood (Ron) of Liberty, MS and Dana Acosta (Ron) of Chicago, IL; his brother Bruce Pepper (Lana) of Houston, MS; his siblings-in-law, Mary Emma Lansing of Magnolia, MS and Mark Tumlin (Brenda) of Mechanicsville, VA; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Haygood, Chloe and Colin Acosta. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
