He was predeceased by: his parents, John Armstead Noel Sr. of Linton, IN and Estelle Noel (Pullen) of Jackson; his daughter Brandi Chase Noel; his sisters, Estelle Mockbee (Noel) of Jackson and Carol McLaurin (Noel) of Pearl; and his nephew Michael Morgan Mockbee III of Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Noel (Donna) of Clinton; his son William Bryan Noel of Fort Myers, FL; his stepson Jonathan Wesley Guymon of Florence; his nephew John Campbell McLaurin III of Little Rock, AR; his niece Elizabeth Carol McLaurin of Pearl; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Mockbee Jr. of Jackson and John Campbell McLaurin Jr. of Pearl.
