She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alex C. Cooper, Sr. and Hattie M Cooper; her husband James A. Dukes; her children, Jimmy L. Dukes, Charles A. Dukes, Cynthia Paulette Hickman of Long Beach, MS and Donald R. Dukes, Sr. of Clinton; and her mother-in-law Jessie Dukes. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
