We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2019, at the age of 71, Jerry Lee Delaughter (Clinton, Mississippi), born in Greenville, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee DeLaughter and Maxine DeLaughter (Johnston); and his brother Frank DeLaughter. He is survived by: his wife Judy C. Tackett; his children, Jerry DeLaughter, Jr. (Jennifer), Jacob DeLaughter (Teresa) and Jamie DeLaughter-Spall (Atif); his grandchildren, Kayla DeLaughter, Jacob T. DeLaughter, Evan Fuller, Nathan Fuller, Kaden Fuller-Spall, William DeLaughter, Noah DeLaughter and Jonah DeLaughter; his great grandchildren, Jackson DeLaughter and Elizabeth DeLaughter; and his siblings, Danny DeLaughter, Tommy DeLaughter, Billy DeLaughter, Cathy Cody and Edith Bright.
In lieu of flowers, please bring gifts for the homeless such as socks, hats, gloves, scarfs, coats, etc., or bring a toy for “Toys for Tots.†This will be Jerry’s last ministry mission on earth and will honor him and Judy both.
