He is survived by: his wife Linda (Perkins); his siblings-in-law, Louise Hetrick, Sandra Thomas and Glenn Thomas; his nephews, Marc Jennings (Jo), Jason Jennings (Tara), Jesse Jennings, Bill Hetrick (Marilyn), Ben Thomas and Jacob Thomas; and his niece Lucy Hetrick (Dos).
