It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Bibb Raley (Clinton, Mississippi), born in Moorhead, Mississippi, who passed away on February 7, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Harry; her parents, S. D. Bibb and Helen Jennings Bibb; and her siblings, Earl Bibb, Marvin Bibb, Margaret Knight, Laura Nell West and Cathyrn Craft.
She is survived by: her brother Ed Bibb; her children, Harry L. Raley Jr. (Rachel Heard) of Jackson, MS, Bruce Raley (Maureen Valenza Raley) of Houston, TX, David Raley (Frances Usrey Raley) of Benton, AR and Beth Raley Harris (Scott Harris) of Brentwood, TN; and her grandchildren, Gillian Raley, Johney, Troy (Lane Hopkins) and Elizabeth (Jonathan Harris). She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
