It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elwood Franklin Ratliff of Clinton, Mississippi, who passed away on August 19, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Ratliff and Rebecca Ratliff (Peaster); his spouse Lowry Buie Westbrook; and his sister Virginia Ratliff Morgan of Canton. He is survived by: his children, Ginger Ratliff Wilson (Joey) of Clinton and Jimmy Ratliff (Dedra) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Mallory Shinn (Michael), Haley Boutwell (Dusty) and Zach Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Ford and Landon.
In light of COVID-19, social distancing should be maintained, hugs and handshakes avoided, and the wearing of masks required.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Clinton First United Methodist Church.
