He is survived by: his wife Carnette Rackley McMillan; his sister Martha Ann Thweatt of Kosciusko; his half-brothers, Lester McMillan of Sallis and Henry Hutchison of Kosciusko; his children, David McMillan of Front Royal, VA and Dale McMillan (Karon) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Wendy Lomenick (Jay), Jason McMillan (Susanna), David McMillan, Jr. (Kellye), Bradley McMillan and Ryan McMillan; his great grandchildren, Harper Lomenick, Spencer Lomenick and Reed Lomenick; and also London Semester Program.
