He is survived by: his wife Sally Phillips Collins; his children, Deborah Collins and Christopher Collins (Sonya); his grandchildren, Kelsi and Jack Collins; and his sisters, Kay Lee (Billy) and Gay Murphy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
