She is survived by: her husband Jack Courtney of Clinton; her children, Dena Courtney Booth of Clinton, Kay Courtney Sims (Tom) of Powder Springs, GA, Alton Courtney (Rosanne) of Raymond and Tim Courtney (Kelly) of Terry; her grandchildren, Kimberly Apostolidis (Demetre), Courtney Sims, Meredith Sims, Anna Sims, Russell Courtney (Selena), Josh Courtney, Hannah Courtney Welch (Tucker) and Dolan Courtney; her great grandchildren, Ty Courtney, Alexander Apostolidis and Elli Cortney; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Pennington (Glen) and David Courtney (Jan). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
