He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Leo and Annie Marie Roberts; and his sister Bonnie Roberts Hurst. He is survived by: his wife Anita Renee'Roberts; his children, James Michael Roberts (Cindy) and Angela Roberts Wiggins (Joe); his grandchildren, Brittany Roberts Davis (Adam), Daniel Roberts and Jessica Wiggins; his great grandchild Katherine Davis; his brothers, Jerrald Roberts (Cheryl) and William Roberts (Carol); his siblings-in-law, Alvin Anderson, Kathy Anderson and Craig Hurst; and his pet Kit. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wildwood Baptist Church, 101 Auburn Dr., Clinton, MS or to the Gideons International.
