He is survived by: his former wife Marcy Rice; his wife Patricia Patterson Rice; his children, Carla Rice Kelly, Frank Cabell (Lisa), Patsy Hyland (Tom), Steve Cabell (Kelly) and DJ Cabell (KC); his grandchildren, Isaac Kelly, Max Cabell, Macy Cabell, Ben Hyland, Scott Hyland, Lyla Hyland, Liam Cabell, Stella Cabell, Emily Cabell and Lucy Cabell; his brother Jerry Rice; and his sister-in-law Pam. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
