She is survived by: her husband Dr. Jerry Rankin of Clinton; her sister Bettye Douglas (Richard) of Brookhaven, MS; her children, Lori Rankin Moses of Merritt Island and Russell Simmons Rankin; her grandchildren, Sam, Mia and Gloria Moses; her children, Zachary, Joseph and Anna Grace Rankin; her great grandchildren, Wells and Wrenley Rankin; and her nieces, Rhonda Baird, Ramona Ozier of Jackson and Robyn Aker of Brookhaven.
