He is survived by: his wife Amy; his children, Haley, Gage, Abbi and Krystal; his mother Ruby; his stepfather Robert "Rabbit"; his siblings, Angie and Tommy; his stepmother Vel; and his half-brother Dave. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
