He was predeceased by: his father Bill B. Holder; and his wife Judith Morrow Holder. He is survived by: his children, Debra Neal (Greg) of Terry, MS and David Holder (Faye) of Clinton, MS; his brothers, Marlyn Holder (Sudie) of Clinton, MS, James Holder of Lexington, MS and Lanny Holder (Sherry) of Raleigh, MS; his stepsister Billie Joyce Applewhite of Ellisville, MS; and his grandchildren, Chelsey Sanford (Kevin) of Petal, MS, Brandi Thompson (Rylon) of Madison, MS, Tony Wilson (Chae) of Oxford, MS, Michael Wilson (Ocean) of Clinton, MS, BreeAnna Moore (Ian) of Clinton, MS, Sawyer and Gracyn Neal of Terry, MS. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren also a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
