She was predeceased by: her parents, W. H. Hilburn and Ruby G. Hilburn. She is survived by: her sons, Randall (Ute), Greg (Trish), Stephen (Rebecca) and Sean (Sandra); her grandchildren, Stephen, William, Hastings, Rebecca, Patrick, John Palmer and Drew; her brother Wylie Hilburn (Shirley); and her nieces and nephews, Brian, Blake and Leslie. She is also survived by two grand nieces and a grand nephew.
