She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hillman and Odell Hillman; her son Joseph Welborn Lewis; her husband Ray Adcock; and her siblings, Bill Hillman, Dub Hillman, George Hillman, Robert "Junior" Hillman, Jim Hillman, Ceacel Hillman, Ann Davidson, Katherine Olsen and Marge Reagan.
She is survived by: her former husband Joseph W. Lewis; her children, Bobby (Rachael Richardson), Jana Ethridge (Clark) and Lynda Bonner (Mark); and her grandchildren, Travis Lemco, Amy Lemco, Jill Brown (Anthony), Jamie Bufkin (Justin), Tracy Ethridge, Robin Ethridge, Tripp Ethridge (Amy Haidlinger), Joseph Bonner (Calli) and Amanda Tomaszewski (Tim Yates). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
