He is survived by: his wife Frances Mae Murphy (Upchurch); and his sons, Albert Duncan (Rusty), Robert Terry of Melrose, FL, Phillip Neal of Lake Wales, FL and Mark David of Clinton, MS.. He is also survived by six grand-children and five great grand-children.
