He was predeceased by: his parents, Selby Keen Weaver and Mary Weaver Yarborough; his wife Edna Marion Weaver; his children, Greg Weaver and Lyn Weaver; and his siblings, Richard Weaver and Betty Joyce Dimoff.
He is survived by: his brother Tony Weaver (Cindy); his grandchildren, Mari Mackenzie Winters (TJ), David Weaver and Joseph Weaver; and his great grandchildren, Chase, Adelyn and Ansley Winters. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
