She is survived by: her husband Don Hays of Cleveland, MS; her children, Ginger Hays, Taylee Ann Hays and Phillip Bret Campbell (Mallorey); her granddaughter Ella; her daughters, Kristin Blair Campbell and Cassi Rene Hays Melton (Tim); her grandchildren, Ansley and Russell; her son Dalton Blake Campbell (Maria); and her siblings, Randy Smith of Charleston, Neil Smith of Memphis, TN and Paula Smith Sykes of Madison, MS..

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital or ZOE Ministries.
