He is survived by: his sons, Tommy Weeks (Alanna) of Sardis, MS and David Weeks (Teres) of Cleveland, MS; his grandchildren, Jonathan Weeks (Tabatha), Kimberly Weeks Trentham (Nick), Hunter Weeks (Kala) and Kylie Weeks Mitchell (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Harper Trentham, Hadley Trentham, Kate Mitchell, Bradley Mitchell, Lana Weeks and Avery Weeks; his siblings, Brenda Weeks Tanksley (Thomas) of Greenwood, MS, Faydell Weeks Lynchard of Monroe, LA, Louis Weeks (Mary) and Lloyd Weeks of Cleveland, MS; and his caregivers, Shanice Johnson and Lisa Isler.
