She is survived by: her husband Robert Thomas Worthington, Sr.; and her children, Catherine Hodges (Earl Sr), Robert T. Worthington Jr. (Deborah), Mary Davenport (Ralph), Anne Roberson and John Worthington (Shannon). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren, 1 niece, and 3 nephews.
