He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac McNeer and Connie Tindle McNeer; his daughter Kathy M. Shivers; and his sister Darlene Eubanks. He is survived by: his wife Dana Angela Robb McNeer; his children, Raychell M. Chisolm (Jonathan) of Greenville, MS and William McNeer (Pamla) of Memphis, TN; his siblings-in-law, Melissa Dyche of Grenada, MS, James Robb (Janice) of Lincoln, CA and Keith Robb, Sr. (Lisa) of Cleveland, MS; his grandchildren, Jase and Averi Chisolm of Greenville, MS; and his nieces and nephews, Dee Givens (Jon), Heather Hiott (Tim), Jennifer Robb (Roger), Emily Pearson, Elizabeth Rabalais, Jamie Killingsworth, Jamey Smith, Andy Pearson, Matthew Robb, Brasher Robb and Robb Robb.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cleveland Funeral Home (3463 MS-8, Cleveland, MS 38732). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the North Cleveland Cemetery N Bayou (1098 Old Hwy 61, Cleveland, MS 38732).
