She was predeceased by: her parents, Hulet Henry "Hugh" and Rena Lane "Irene" Andrews; her husband Charles Milton Lowe; and her brother Dr. Hugh Andrews. She is survived by: her sons, Steven Lowe of Cleveland, MS, Bruce Lowe of Cleveland, MS and Chuck Lowe of Starkville, MS; and her sister Betty Wilson (Lance).
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ray Funeral Home (206 Bishop Rd, Cleveland, MS 38732). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the North Cleveland Cemetery (1098 Old Hwy 61, Cleveland, MS 38732).
