She was predeceased by: her father E. F. "Bud" Duke; and her husband Danny Joe Bufkin. She is survived by: her mother Peggy Walker Duke of Isola; her sons, Bryan Bufkin (Jeri Lynn) and Jeff Bufkin of Belzoni; her brother Jim Duke (Sonya) of Belzoni; and her grandchildren, Cruise, Taylor and Favi Ann.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made to First Baptist Church of Belzoni, Mississippi.
