He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurmon Collins and Christine Collins; his brothers, Charlie Collins and Larry Bo Collins; and his grandchild Paige Wagner.
He is survived by: his brother Bobby Collins; his children, Michael Collins (Pamela) of Raymond, MS and Lauren Reed (David) of Tupelo, MS.; his sisters, Gala Graham and Wilda Shoemaker; his sister-in-law Lynn Collins; his grandchildren, Zachary Wagner, Kirby Wagner, Spencer Wagner, Sloan Collins and Jackson Reed; and his great grandchildren, Halen Wagner, Symphony Wagner and Axl Wagner.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The Raymond Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department or The National Down Syndrome Society.
