It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Philip Wiggins Sr. of Cleveland, Mississippi, who passed away on April 15, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, A. C. Wiggins and Roberta Smith Wiggins. He is survived by: his children, Roberta Edwards (Dennis) of Gluckstadt, MS, Philip Wiggins, Jr. (Tiffany) of Royse City, TX and Ann Corinne Lopez (Gilbert) of Cleveland, MS.; his sister Corinne Casanova of Cleveland, MS; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Luke, Jacob, Sophie, Gilbert, Jr. and Alex.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (318 S Court St, Cleveland, MS 38732). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 23 at 29 Gaston Dr., Cleveland, MS 38732, c/o Roane Logan, in honor of Philip's dedication to scouting.
