She is survived by: her son John Gregory (Greg); her former husband Patrick Turner; her grandchildren, Shilo, Jax Crowe, Megan Moore (Bobby) and Kayla Little (Josh); her great grandchildren, Kylie, Emma Moore, Harper and Devan Little; her sister Carolyn Bussell Piatt; and her nieces and nephews, Melanie Turnage (Norman), Julia Fitzpatrick, Diane Smith (Terry), Ronnie Fulcher (Vicki), Keith Jennings (Joanna), Kim Poe Smith (Joe) and Ricky Poe (Tess).
