He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Hooper and Gladys Hooper; his wife Patsy Hooper; his siblings, Walter Brooks, Dick, Phid, Rachel and Frances; and his granddaughter Brooke Mitchell.
He is survived by: his children, David Hooper (Susan) and Brenda Mitchell (John); his grandsons, Brent Mitchell (Ryan) and Kyle Mitchell; and his great grandchild Ethan Mitchell.
