She was predeceased by: her father Bobby Earl Buckles. She is survived by: her parent Jackie Smith Buckles; her husband Jeremy Ryan Klein of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania.; her parents-in-law, Samuel and Kathleen Klein of Delaware; her brothers-in-law, Andrew Klein of Pennsylvania and Jeff Klein (Jodie) of Delaware; and her nieces and nephews, Samantha and Thomas.
To honor Amy's beautiful life, the family has requested donations be made to local grassroots organizations of your choice, or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
