We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2023, at the age of 97, Tawandah Boydston Sanders (Clarksdale, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Leo B. Sanders; her parents, Alfred Raymond and June Weber Boydston; and her son Tom Sanders. She is survived by: her children, Richard E. Sanders (Billie) of Mustang, OK, Rodney L. Sanders (Jean) of Leland, MS and Rebecca Pouncey (Alvin) of Brandon, MS; and her sister Martha King of Oklahoma City, OK. She is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
