He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Foster and Ruth Foster; and his sister Hilda "Dinni" Clark. He is survived by: his brothers, Frank "Buddy" and Mark. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and countless friends.
A graveside service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oakridge Cemetery.
