He is survived by: his wife Glenda Willard Cirilli; his children, Richard Cirilli (Cynthia) of Madison, MS and Robyn Rhoden (Andrew) of Oxford, MS; his siblings, Louis Cirilli (Mary Ann) of Foley, AL, Agnes Stewart (Kenneth) of Flowood, MS and Shirley Justice of Flowood, MS; and his grandchildren, Simms Baker, Charles Baker, Vivian Baker, Nathan Rhoden, Noah Rhoden and Anna Kate Rhoden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
