He is survived by: his spouse Carmen Melanie Wells (Meg); his children, Melanie and Joey Thomas; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Joseph, Timothy, Stephen and Samuel; his children, Sharkey and Paige Burke; his grandchildren, Sharkey III, Lillian, Bradley and Thaxton; his children, Genie and Tracy Putnam; his grandchildren, Campbell, Addie Grace, Maegan and Josiah; and also, Joseph Thomas, Jr., Campbell Putnam, Sharkey Burke III, Timothy Thomas, Stephen Thomas, Josiah Putnam, Samuel Thomas and Thaxton Burke.
