He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Cook and Mary Elizabeth "Mae" Cockrell Cook; and his siblings, Clyde Cook, Jr., J. C. Cook, Jimmy Cook, Bradford Cook and Martha Ann Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Alma Haynes Cook; his children, Milers Cook, Jr. of Clarksdale, MS and Renee Glover of Clarksdale, MS; his brothers, Bobby Cook (Sheridan) of Fairmount, GA and Billy Cook (Janis) of Greenwood, MS; his sister-in-law Inge Cook of Grenada, MS; and his grandchildren, Ryan Glover, Josh Glover (Frances) and Caleb Glover.
