She was predeceased by: her husband Chafik Chamoun; her parents, Najib Freige and Wadiha Alam Freige; her daughter Vivian Louise Chouman Pernell; her brother Fred Freige; and her granddaughter Emily Spurlock.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Chamoun of Southaven, MS, Paul Chamoun (Shannon) of Conway, AR, Paula Jackson (Paul) of Clarksdale, MS, Elizabeth Spurlock (Bryan) of Ashland, KY and Mona Ungefug (Brett) of Hot Springs, AR; her sisters, Mounira Chammoun of Hartsfield, GA and Najibe; and her grandchildren, Brandon Chamoun, Carmen Chamoun, Clinton Spurlock, Landrea Spurlock, Zac Henderson, Grace Henderson, Caleb Chamoun, Hannah Chamoun Yrle, Rebecca Chamoun, Christopher Jackson, Matthew Jackson and Mahlon Pernell. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
