He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Holland Foti; his sons, Pete Foti and John Steven Foti; his parents, Pete Foti and Sarah Spinosa Foti; and his siblings, Frank Foti and Josephine Muzzi.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Foti Ludlam (Pat) of Senatobia, MS; and his siblings, Vince Foti of Como, MS, Marie Gambetti of New York, Catherine Cole of Taft, TN and Frances Houston of Greenwood, MS. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
