He is survived by: his daughters, Olivia Jayden Keith and Madison Keith; and his siblings, David Vernon (April), Jonathan Keith, Susan Keith, Brandi Tutor, Jodie Simmons and Krissy Jo Keith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
