He is survived by: his wife Cathy Wells Roark; his children, Jerry Roark, Jr. of Mt. City, TN, Dewey Smith (Jessica) of Rena Lara, MS and Shawnda Blaine (Richard) of Senatobia, MS; his sister Frances Bridges (Eddie) of Hernando, MS; and his grandchildren, Jerry Roark, III, Austin Smith, Andrew Smith, Becca Blaine and Sara Kate Blaine.
