She is survived by: her husband Thurman Carpenter "Punk"; her children, David Carpenter of Clarksdale, MS, Alan Carpenter of Clarksdale, MS, Janet Mogenson of Hernando, MS, Elaine Crocker (Gary) of Heber Springs, AR and Sandra Brunson (Jerry) of Chipley, FL; and her sisters, Rita Helms of Memphis, TN, Betty Helms of Cordova, TN and Sharon Helms of Memphis, TN. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
