He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Burton Rayburn and Alma Huffstickler Rayburn; and his wife Betty Self Rayburn. He is survived by: his children, Mark Rayburn (Kim) of Yulee, FL, James C. Rayburn, Jr. of Fort Drum, NY and Tiffany Rayburn Drewrey of Sardis, MS. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
