He is survived by: his children, Jef Shields (Danae) of Little Rock, AR, Robert Franks of Oxford, MS and Jennifer Knight, Jr. (Jerry) of Clarksdale, MS; his brothers, Ned Franks of Cordova, TN and Joey Gullick (Missy) of Hernando, MS; and his grandchildren, Paxton Shields, Rilan Shields, Jacie Jenkins, Dawson Jenkins and Caden Miller. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
