It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Edward Cook (Clarksdale, Mississippi), who passed away on August 15, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Bailey Cook; his parents, Guy Cook and Louise Oglesby Cook; his stepdaughter Tina Jenkins; and his siblings, Betty Joe Roberson, Donna Roberson, Barbara Hardin, Virginia Roberson, Patsy Roberson, Ricky Cook and Guy Mac Cook.
He is survived by: his children, George Cook of Clarksdale, MS, Chris Cook of Alligator, MS, Rosemary Cook of Florida, Debra Williams of Alabama and Jessica Roberts of Louisiana. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
