It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Baxter of Clarksdale, Mississippi, who passed away on June 4, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Pearson and Edna Pearl Payne Pearson; her husbands, Bill Gowan Russell and Thomas Donnolly Baxter; and her son Billy Gary Russell.
She is survived by: her daughter Gail Russell Brien (Robert C.) of Clarksdale; her brother Earl Pearson of Kosciusko; her granddaughter Beth Russell Neblett (Thomas) of Merigold; and her great grandchildren, Ann Elise Neblett, Bramlett Allen Neblett and Nora Thomas Neblett.
