He was predeceased by: his parents, John Quinn and Julia Quinn; his brother John Quinn; and his daughter Connie Russell. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hobbs Quinn; his children, Jarrett Russell (Ashlyn) of Clarksdale, MS and Cathy Frances Quinn of Alligator; his sister Sandra Smith (Doug) of Clarksdale, MS; and his grandchildren, Khaleb Quinn, Kaceson Quinn, Evan Dever, Charlotte Quinn and Kyler Russell. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
