He was predeceased by: his wife Bobbie Jean Wiggs Bridges; his parents, Charley Ward Bridges, Sr. and Della Mae Hester; and his siblings, Bobby Gale Hester and Betty Katherine Bridges.
He is survived by: his sons, Charley Ward Bridges, III of Batesville, MS and Ricky Bridges (Cindy Doss) of Batesville, MS; his siblings, Larry Dean Hester (Connie) of Tupelo, MS, Terry Hester (Joyce) of McGee, MS and Judy Jabr of Lurand, MS; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Lofton, Amber Bridges and Matthew Bridges.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Center Hill Cemetery care of Joe Sanders 5539 Hwy 35 Batesville, MS 38606.
