He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray C. Pearson and Beulah Dole Pearson. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Tanner Pearson; his children, Allan Pearson, Jr. (Mary) of Sumner, MS and Trena Lee Sturdy (Jim) of Shawnee, KA; and his brothers, Victor Pearson and Jimmy Malm of Banning, CA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
