He is survived by: his wife Marcella "Marcie" McGee of Chunky; his children, Ginny Dearing of Chunky, Leslie Smith of Hickory, Carry Dunkerson of Huntsville, AL. and Dwayne Dunkerson (Leslee) of Parrish, FL.; his grandchildren, Lauren Currie (Nathan) of Hickory, B. J. Dearing of Hickory, Dara Dunkerson of Parrish, FL., Brayden Dunkerson of Parrish, FL., Syl Dunkerson of Huntsville, AL. and Layla Dunkerson of Huntsville, AL.; his siblings, Lowery McGee (Faith) of Hickory and Melinda Loper of Hickory; and his sister-in-law Cindi McGee of Hickory. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
