Patricia Lynn Smith Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Lynn Smith of Chunky, Mississippi, born in Berwyn, Illinois, who passed away on March 19, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred J. Smith and Neva A. Smith; and her sister Debra Simpson (Clint) of Falcon, CO.. She is survived by: her children, Michelangelo Muscolino, Roger Anthony Muscolino (Rocky) and Tina Marie Muscolino Nelson (Matt); her grandchildren, Domenic, Isabella, Liliana and Donte; and her sisters, Neva Rath (Arthur) of Monument, CO, Cynthia Gutowski (Steven) of Chunky, MS and Courtney Wilkins (Travis) of Lee's Summit, MO. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Goodwater Baptist Church Missions Fund in memory of Patti Smith.
