Lewis, III (Nelda), Susan Hurst (Bear), Jim Lewis (Beth) and Rick Lewis (Jacqui); and his sisters, Minnie Ruth McCraw, Elizabeth Bratu, Dorothy Blalock (Tom) and Betty Jo Harrelson.
